Inside Inclusion: Appreciation for Special Olympics and OSEP

Inside Inclusion is a monthly series where members of #UnifiedGeneration explore an important topic.

In this month’s edition, U.S. Youth Ambassadors Fernando (DC), Katherine (KS), and Gracie (KS) are joined by Dr. Terry Jackson from the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs. Together, the group explores the theme of appreciation – the act of recognizing that something is important or valuable.

Dr. Jackson and the U.S. Department of Education have been very supportive of Special Olympics Unified Champion Schools® from the beginning. Appreciation is one important way we can show our gratitude for their support!
